The problem is that he's not just random guy who happens to be gay but won't publicly acknowledge it.
He's a far-right influencer who is basically a huge hypocrite if he's actually gay and hiding it.
Regarding the message itself, the points he raises mean little if they are being bought and paid for by someone or something else. That would mean he's owned by a particular agenda, and thus you can't trust him.
If I were being secretly sponsored by MGM to bash Caesars, and you came to suspect it, I bet that would make you very skeptical regarding anything I'd say criticizing Caesars. Same thing here.

4. i understand the basis for your distaste for him. you should be forthright yourself and just say that at the beginning instead of this exercise in trying to otherwise discredit him for maybe being gay or maybe being sponsored.

I'm not homophobic, but I am definitely against "conservative" closet case influencers who hide their sexuality while attempting to appeal to people who would hate them if they told the truth. This would be equivalent to me trying to get Muslim followers while hiding that I'm Jewish.
In general, I do not like listening to any paid messages disguised as honest opinion. You will not get the truth that way. I listen to and watch people with whom I disagree, but only those whose opinions I feel are genuine, so I can consider their thoughts on the matter. If I'm just watching a paid mouthpiece, there's no point.
