Look pal, I know this ain't Cracker Barrel but you are not exactly in Times Square either. You need a loss leader to get people interested in your joint. Right now you are a slow death losing a $100 a day, which might not sound like a lot until it translates into $52,000 a fucking year.
You need some excitement, but you also need something because right now the consumer thinks its the same old tired ass pizza joint. They are not reading this thread, they have no idea ownership changed hands.
Give my idea a chance for a month or two. Put up some signs and see what happens with the specials. What are you afraid you are going to lose $150 a day? What do you have to lose? The place is bleeding and just because you bought it is not going to change things, unless of course you listen to new ideas like mine.
