Martino and ii have a good repore and he has a great sense if humor.

Loui shows up 15/20 minutes late every day. No sense of humor but at least comes every day and does his job with no with absolultly no emotion.
He serves his purpose for now.

I'm losing $600 a week est... And all improvements are coming from debit card..

If you are doing things on the up and up....no insurance company is going to allow you to have a delivery person under 18. The usual requirements are 18+, possess own vehicle and insurance, licensed for minimum of 1 year, no DUI's, no more than 2 moving violations in past year or 3 in past 2 years.

If you have what sounds like 4 guys working at lunch, you are blowing money. At your volume it should be you and a delivery person. Maybe a 3rd person if you dont want to be stuck in the store.

February 9th is National Pizza Day....plan an event for that day and get some publiciity.

I am telling you, you need to listen to me. First, Monday needs to be "Your first TWO Toppings Free" and Tuesday needs to be "Two for Tuesday" meaning buy two pizzas get two free. You obviously have limited window space so you need to rotate the advertisement signs each day. Make sure you get the signs professionally done and do not hand write them.

Give these two promos a try and it will build momentum. Trust me, I am kind of a marketer.

The guys are off the books...

In new York almost every sole proprietor has half his work force off the books in my hood here. Its all Mexican and Dominican and immigrated Africans that own and work all the shops.. Most if the owners around hear are illegal immigrants themselves..

I know the bikes have to be licensed with plates and the store name. That's actually a new reg here but not enforced..

There are no car deliveries. Its toooo!! Congested and mostly buildings..everything is 5 minutes away. 10 blocked away only takes 5 minutes.

I have Martino and Louie working the front 6 days. And I cover for there days off but don't make pizza.

I got the kid in the back to put away supplies empty the trash shred cheese and teaching him to make doe..Martino isvteaching me to make pizza. Its hardv work..

I understand were ur coming from. I had to do the bike regs for the other store but the mayer GGT blow back from the registration fees etc ext ect..

In Rhode island were I have many relatives and some in business its a different attitude there. All the waiters and dishwashers work for checks..

I've held a dozen server jobs in Manhattan and rarely ever got a check for my hours.

I hire freelancers and the self employed.

As far as national pizza day. I work in the middle of the tower of babel.. 30 different cultures and nobody. Speaks English..

Martino makes $600 week for 60 hours and loui makes $400 a week for $60 hours. I asked the kid if he would work 7 and just tell me when he wants a day off and he said he doesn't need a daily off. I use Martino as a translated. He will make appx $65 dayvclean..

All the bodegas the Spanish restaurants the African places never mind the Arab places nobody is on the books and everyone is getting section 8 for there apartments and those tenenants are renting out rooms to immigrants on there free rent never mind all the basements that have 10 Pakistanis renting cots..
