The place is backwords.. 2 fucken calzones and u have to run to 3 diffrent areas to put it together..
I gota move the work station around.
Stack things in stratigic positon to make it less labor intensive and logical and more food and cost efficient and labor efficiant..

Im not going to buy a case of romain lettuce when i dont even have a menu of salads. It would just go in the garbage..ect ect .

Peporoni sells more then sousage so il put the sousage behend the peporini but then i cant get to the blue cheese.
In my rough draft of a menu i was going to have lunch pasta for 6.95 and dinner pasta for 8.95.
Im just going to do 6.95 past all day.. Nobody is going to spend 9$... The spanish restaurant sells half chicken with pasta or salad for 7$. So i changed the menu again..!!!!!!!!!
I only have large and small aluminum tins, but i need medium.. I know there is a half a case of lids downstairs but cant find them. Dont want to order a case unless i have too.. Ect ect..
If i rush it, i will fuck it up. But i dont have much time either..
Trying to condense menu and portions to appropriate prices coparatavly to my competiton and enviroment..
In a kitchen. It is important were u put a fucken bucket of salt.. To the left makes it esay but doesnt fit. To the right makes the job harder but fits..
im not going to break open the boxes when i dont have the ability to sell it yet.. No menu yet and i dont have a final draft yet. . its currently a work in progress..

Why the fuck are you not running specials? Half Off Monday and Two for Tuesday. You have to jump start things. Your cost of goods are basically nothing, you must get by on volume. You need aggressive promotions to show the community you are a new owner, not by name only.
Don't listen to these retards sparten, you need 3x more green goo and a direct line to fanta. The only soda in your store should be all iterations of fanta.
I should have got a job as a waiter in some upscale bistro down a side street in manhaten makeingg $1200 take home for serving daniel craig or a bunch of hot bitches or rich tourist that love picking up new york waiters after work..

Look pal, I know this ain't Cracker Barrel but you are not exactly in Times Square either. You need a loss leader to get people interested in your joint. Right now you are a slow death losing a $100 a day, which might not sound like a lot until it translates into $52,000 a fucking year.
You need some excitement, but you also need something because right now the consumer thinks its the same old tired ass pizza joint. They are not reading this thread, they have no idea ownership changed hands.
Give my idea a chance for a month or two. Put up some signs and see what happens with the specials. What are you afraid you are going to lose $150 a day? What do you have to lose? The place is bleeding and just because you bought it is not going to change things, unless of course you listen to new ideas like mine.

Ignore Tgull. You are in the process of changing things....what a customer gets today may be different than they get in a month. The last thing you want is to drive a lot of volume today and have an ever changing menu and everything be different the next time they come in. You are in the process of establishing your identity, don't build it based on specials or you will train the customers to only order when they get a special. Specials should also be designed to grow incremental profits not to give the customer a deal. Why do a bogo, you are just giving money away....but buy one large at regular prioce and get the second for $5 provides value to the customer and yet still adds additional profit for you versus just selling one large. Add breadsticks to any pizza for $2.00 more.....the dough literally costs .25c. Get your menu set, establish your identity first. One small investment though that is worth it is $25 bucks on a banner that says UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. Order online from Staples.com.....almost always on sale for $15-20.
