The Affordable Care Act was signed into law in March 2010 after the Republicans were unable to stop it(+1 point 4D). The latest Omnibus, in which the Republicans took it in the ass and gave in to every single demand, was signed by Obama in December 2015(+1 4D).

Why do you keep calling them RICH, they are "job creators" that's why we give them tax breaks and subsidies, so they will create jobs, or not create jobs. Why not give them a tax break after they create jobs, and decent jobs. It's like giving a tax credit for charitable contributions before they give to charity.

I mean I know it's set up to be a pissing match, but from the standpoint of WAITING for the Republican party to do something to stop the bleeding hearts, instead I have watched the idiot class roll over again and again while bellowing bluster for the masses to consume. Republicans have become the say everything, do nothing party and the dems are the exact opposite - say something completely false and do whatever they want without hindrance. The Republican controlled Congress has been feckless and impotent in regards to stopping Obama. They were given majorities in both houses due to the Tea Party(whether you like them or not) and have done nothing to live up to the promises they made. It is old school politics as usual. There is a part of me that wonders if the RNC is so petty that they will push trough an Obama SCOTUS nominee if Trump is actually elected.

Most likely in order to secure the votes needed to get to the general election, the SCOTUS pick will be 1 of many bargaining chips to give Trump the nomination. That will most likely be sorted before he ever gets on the podium with Hilldog.
