Suicide is for pussies...everybody goes through rough times emotionally, family, relationships, financial etc. You have to power through and overcome. You are only gifted with one life and it's very valuable.

That said, only a coward chooses to kill themselves. There are kids with leukemia who won't see there 6th birthday and here is a healthy guy with some issues. Be a man and step up, life has peaks and valleys. Climb out of the valley and enjoy life cause you only have 1.

Why not get the help you need instead. There are groups that deal with depression and anxiety with therapy that explores dialectic behavior as well as cognitive behavior. Check out nami groups for instance. Lots of people suffer from depression, most look into getting help rather then going straight to suicide. Why would you not want to at least try and get help first? There are tons of resources out there.

Larry I have been where you are a couple of times in my life so I know what you are going thru however someone close to me once told me "Things are never as bad as they seem at the time and things are never as good as they seem at the time" I have never forgotten those words and I hope they bring you the peace they brought me. I am an old man now and am so glad I never succumbed to doing myself in. I would have missed so much. One day at a time sir--one day at a time. God Bless.
