No offense to any of the good NWP posters, and I'm not taking credit for all of NWP's success. Obviously without good regular posters, the forum would have been a fail no matter what I did.

However, I was both the one who established the free speech/degen environment there AND kept the thing on stable footing for its entire run.

100% he left me out of that story intentionally, and it was out of anger. (He told randoms at the WSOP 6 months later that he hoped I'd die of a heart attack.) It wasn't just an oversight in an "I can't mention everyone" sort of way.
