Rays Josh Fleming is expected to be the bulk guy and he got knocked around bad last time. I trust the Rays to manage a pen but I am eyes wide open with this

It wasn’t intentional at first but it seems the Giants and their rested pitcher has found it’s way into a couple of mine.

    Balanced brain dead portfolio NOT

    Nice going San.

Mets in a freefall, Reds on the upswing, Giants seemingly never lose.

Of course the full under hits and not the first 5. Nice D Twins.....

    Bets for August 16 - Aug 22 (Week 4)

    New Today

LPGA -Lydia Ko to win AIG Women’s Open $1000 at +1400 (Offered now at Bet MGM)

Euro Tour - Sam Horsfield to win D & D Czech Majors $1000 at +1100 (Offered now at Bet MGM)

Start $50,000 Remaining $51,000 Current Week $0 Last Week +$7000

    —————————————————————————————————————————————-

Already gave my diatribe on having to back Lydia again. Bet MGM currently has her at +1400 while other places have her at +1200. Don’t think we can do better than +1400.

Horsfield is pure chalk but he opened at 10-1 and we can do slightly better at +1100. Weak field and he has been knocking on the door. He seems to always have one sub par round that makes him come up a little short. Typically it’s been the second round so waiting to bet him live isn’t a great option imho. If it’s mental we got to hope he gets through it and plays well this week.

I just hope we don’t see our old friend Dean Burmeister get back to that form when I took him a few months back. Guy can play, but doesn’t seem to play to his potential enough to take him at a price like 20-1 pre-flop, even in a weakfish field.

Finally, the Northern Trust. JFC the amount of names that I think can win are tough to narrow down. I know Rahm is the most likely winner even after all this shit has gone down with him. But to ship in on him at 9/10-1, I can’t see myself doing that. Next week I can see that being a possibility.

Too many guys too mention and this is a new year but DJ ended up playing well last week. Shot -30 here last year and won by 11 strokes. Plus +1800? That can’t be a bad bet.

The mid tier guys all have their prices compressed because of the slightly smaller field. English in good form and played well here last year, but after shitting the bed the price that I see him at is just not very good. Reed loves it here but form hasn’t been there. Morikawa under valued again. Speith can certainly win. I can go on but I won’t.

A lot of different ways to go and it may just be that sitting this one out may be the play. I’ll update as early as I can if I decide to play.

Sorry guys, bet MGM moved Lydia to 12-1 after I bet her. Try and shop around. Looks like I may have to start do that soon.

I think it most likely was just a fuck up and they saw it when I bet her, because I do see her at 12-1 in most places

Update - She’s 12-1 everywhere I can see. Draft kings has terrible prices on the Northern Trust

If you want to ship it on Rahm, Fanduel has him at +1100 and DK +800. So if access to both, you know where to go. +1100 best I’ve seen, but I did expect Rahm to float up a bit.

I should have my head examined but at the price offered and recent form Rory at 22-1 isn’t a bad deal at all.

Since Aug. 1, when all the players dealt at the trade deadline had joined their new teams, the Magnificently Bad Seven -- the Arizona Diamondbacks, Baltimore Orioles, Chicago Cubs, Kansas City Royals, Pittsburgh Pirates, Texas Rangers and Washington Nationals -- have gone 20-76 with a minus-262 run differential.

There’s now a name for them which I love.

My hands start shaking when I see this stuff.

In college especially, Friday night you threw your ace and it got progressively weaker through the weekend.

    Monday, Monday
    Can't trust that day
    Monday, Monday
It just turns out that way
Actually, the song has it backwards. Monday serves up the dregs. Travel day? Marry it with the Magnificent 7 if you can and you have magic. Stuff you CAN trust.

    14 games and I don’t have much.

David Price is still awful. This keeps paying so here we go.
David Price of the Los Angeles Dodgers will have under 4.0 strikeouts -123

    Correlated play
Baseball - 913 Pittsburgh Pirates team total over 2½ -145

    Cubs auto fade
Cincinnati Reds -½ -115 for 1st 5 Innings Price Is Fixed

I posted a snap Rockies auto-bet in the MLB thread convo with gut yesterday and I might do 1st 5 again. Idea, ya know.
    Braves?

No Fucking Way Parlay (Prob Don’t try at home) $50 Lydia Ko/Horsfield/D Johnson +341900

Start $50,000 Remaining $50,000 Current Week $0 Last Week +$7000

    ——————————————————————————————————————————

If we brick we start all over from square one. BTW if you are betting outrights and the site allows you to parlay them, I do like from time to time to give myself a chance at a huge score if somehow a miracle occurs. We are talking a small investment. If you are betting $100 on the outrights, I don’t see the harm in throw 5 bucks or so in case of a miracle. Better odds than the powerball at least.

This week Ko and Horsefield sort of forced my hand. I didn’t want to have this much action but sometimes circumstances arise you have to ship it and hope one comes in. Just one.

You don’t need an exam. You were on it as usual. He took money today. Down to +2000 on a lot of sites.

    I think I set a record today.

Got a new local 1.5 weeks ago. 2000 credit 200 max

Lost $510 in 3 days, shipped Monday AM.

This week lost $735, shipped yesterday.

Got a text from the agent.

“Yeah xxx shut you off. I knew something was up when we asked me if you paid yet.”

What happened? He doesn’t like players that lose?

“He said he fucking hates your bets. Every time he looked at your open bets you beat the line and he just didn’t want to deal with you anymore”

OK cool - tell him to enjoy the $$

What a fucking joke. Even beating the lines you couldn’t do much damage with those fucking limits. It’s not even about the money, but the sub-agent should return his piece to you 100%. Typically at least half the action. Jerk-offs.
