I haven’t looked at the odds. The blue bloods who can find their way in, the teams dependent on 19 year old one and dones got pushed back big time in their development, but when I’ve watched, a few seem to be putting it together. I’d look for a team like that who was historically bad early for a blue blood and yet finds a way into the tournament and it’s possible some of those kids finally arrive, just later than normal.
