Dude, you watched the video and listened to their story, in which they apparently describe a particular video that was released by the Navy, but you don’t know which specific video they talk about, and merely “believe” that it was released by the DOD? Do you see the problem with how you are approaching this matter?
Would you approach someone’s claim of having discovered a new and undetectable way of beating the casino at one of their popular games as casually and uncritical as you appeared to have believed their story, and be ready and willing to make a sizeable cash investment with that person in a scheme to make money off of that system without careful and objective verification of that supposed advantage play?
But getting to your question of “why that’s relevant”: Because scientist YouTuber Phil Mason, AKA “Thunderf00t”, has shown that the things seen in all three of the videos released by the DOD last spring can be explained by understandable known phenomena, and which I’ve already posted in the thread about those DOD videos that you created last year.
