The decision of the court was actually that the bakery did NOT have to bake a cake for the gay wedding as the business owner had a right to conduct business with whoever they wanted to , or didn't want to in this case, if they so wished. That's actually bad for your argument, since again, private businesses do not have to give people a platform for their message.
