Yes, here in Florida we have the annual southern migration of the French Canadians who flock to Hallandale Beach. They, with their pasty white fat blubber shoved into their Speedos, clog up the beaches and our surrounding roads. Their cars sport license plates that say Je Me Souviens", which translates roughly into "We don't tip". (They are renown for their frugality when it comes to Hospitality Staff at restaurants and hotels.)
