This game must be a real embarrassment for the NCAA. One of the more prestigious bowl games, and one of the teams gets down 31-13 and just quits. I get players opting out, but the quitting part is a bad look.
Edit: It is still the 3rd and they are already not stopping the clock at all for first downs.

LOL they picked up a flag for the most obvious targeting call ever to take another almost certain TD off the board. It really is amazing how brazen this fix is. It is straight out in the open for all to see and they just don't give a shit.
It was amusing because after the obvious targeting happened, they went straight to a super long commercial, I guess to give enough time to make absolutely clear to the refs they need to pick the flag up.
So for those keeping score refs have taken 2 TDs off the board with completely fake calls/non-calls.
For those keeping track at home a third TD taken off the board with a holding call.
LOL. Lucky for me the Florida defense completely gave up too, and Lincoln Riley doesn't know how to take the air out of the ball.
