You gotta save a few for a rainy day Walter.
UNBAN TYDE
I am enjoying watching the left screech at the moderates Dems, "It's all yourrrrrrrrrrr fault that we didn't win the Senate and lost House seatsssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!1111"
The hard left is so delusional that they really believe they underperformed in the House and Senate races because Democrats weren't far enough left. Like, they really pictured voters saying, "You know what? This Democrat isn't left enough for my taste. Might as well vote for the Republican instead!"
So these dummies are going to drive the party for the next 2 years, and swing voters are going to get more and more annoyed with them.
Then 2022 will come, and the GOP will put an extreme beatdown on the midterm races.
Then 2024 will come and there won't be a good Democratic candidate to replace 1-term Joe. Without Trump there anymore stepping on his own dick, the GOP will get the White House back, too.
At some point it will dawn on the Democrats that extreme left rhetoric doesn't win swing votes, but I don't picture that happening in the first half of this decade.
It would have been a MUCH worse result for Republicans if Trump won but the rest of the Republicans underperformed. That would mean that the GOP is effectively dead, and that the Cult of Trump was temporarily keeping it alive. Instead, it looks like the GOP is very alive, and Trump was just temporarily pushing away swing voters -- and almost not enough to lose reelection.
Honestly I'm not even feeling disappointed. I was bracing for a huge blue wave devastating the GOP as we know it. Instead, this election was a message to the Democrats that they suck, and that their Presidential candidate only won because a lot of people hate Trump.
Also I hope that those phonies at The Lincoln Project stole enough money to last them for life, because their careers are effectively dead.
No conservatives will want them back, and they'll soon find out that they were useful idiots for the liberals to weaponize against Trump, but aren't needed any longer.
Perfect
Sorry, New Woke Krypt, but I don't need Copium.
I was never in the Cult of Trump. I was -- and still am -- a conservative first and a Trump supporter second. Trump is not bigger than conservatism or the GOP. The health and future of the party is far more than one election.
This is why you won't see me with BDS. I'll just be enjoying watching the Dems burn themselves over the next 2 years without even realizing what they're doing to themselves. And the few who do realize it will be booed off the stage, since you're not allowed to be a moderate in today's Democratic Party.
You'll see that the smart conservatives are not panicking at all, and in fact are breathing a sigh of relief -- not that Trump lost, but that swing voters hate the modern Dems more than anyone realized.
Notice I didn't place a single bet for Trump on the last election.
I placed a number of Democratic primary bets, I placed one Biden winning Wisconsin bet, and I placed a number of House and Senate related bets.
That's not the behavior of a Trump cultist.
Given the House/Senate turning out the way it did, it's actually better for the medium-term health of the GOP that he lost. That's what I care about more.

No they won't. Trump won't be back either.
You sold your soul by voting for that motherfucker again.
The Republican party won't take the White House for at least a decade. Then some asshole who won't use the word "Republican" because it is "toxic" will try to deceive America again.
If Democrats don't take the Senate now, they will in 2022 and then they will end gerrymandering for good.
The Republican party has to suffer and pay for Donald Trump’s crimes against America and the world.
Good to see my fellow good Americans protesting in Arizona. Calling BS on the vote count. Anyone notice no one was robbing the target or shoe stores? We stand for justice and rule of law.

Despite how repugnant the modern Republican Party has become, never ever EVER underestimate the ability of the Democratic Party to fuck it up and give the GOP a chance to corral enough Electoral College votes to put a wannabe dictator in the White House within the next decade.
