I agree wholeheartedly.... but at this stage the betting markets are usually very accurate.

Especially markets like Betfair.

Lot of blue counties in Michigan with double-digit % outstanding waiting to be reported

Yes, but it's not that simple. Are these absentee? Not absentee? That makes a difference.

Here are the large counties which have major portions not counted:

Wayne 457k votes, 52% uncounted, Biden +19
Ingham 107k votes, 31% uncounted, Biden +22
Macomb 372k votes, 25% uncounted, Trump +13
Kent 282k votes, 23% uncounted, Trump +6
Oakland 666k votes, 15% uncounted, Biden +12

There's a number of smaller counties also with uncounted votes, most of which favor Trump.

Of those 5, if we do the straight math:

Biden gains 94k in Wayne
Biden gains 11k in Ingham
Trump gains 16k in Macomb
Trump gains 5k in Kent
Biden gains 14k in Oakland

That looks like a 98k gain for Biden. Not even close, right?

A bunch of Wayne County votes came in -- 150k to be exact -- and enough to shift it from Biden +19 there to Biden +36!



Still 37% left to count in Wayne, and Trump just had 135k shaved off his lead. Wow.

Also CNN said michigan law did not allow for mail in voting to be counted before the polls closed. So all these outstanding ballots are mail in ballots and going to heavily lean Biden

Yes. MI and PA have been saying this for weeks. Their state laws for ballot counting were always going to result in a days-long count.

It's up to those states to change it or not but you'd think they'd want to make their counting more efficient like Florida's is.
