If they're really counting early walk-ups first this makes perfect sense. Biden has gone from nearly 5-1 two hours ago to being the favourite again.

Biden was $1.95 & Trump $2.10 a few minutes ago on Betfair. Has been a slight up-tick for Trump in recent minutes.
