They locked down the earliest and once they opened it ran through the population but it looks like cases have peaked.
The biggest thing you need to do is protect the elderly. The Democrats golden boy Cuomo really shit the bed by sending COVID patients to nursing homes that’s why New York was so damn bad. New Jersey had the same policy and they lead the nation in deaths per million.
