Frank Biden has earned hundreds of thousands of dollars from a series of executive positions he's held at firms that appear to trade heavily on his family name - and is currently the pitchman for a large Florida law firm.

I don’t know how I never heard of that. What a strange case. It would be one thing if you were estranged from him and could say I wrote him off twenty years ago, but to have involvement with him, and not have some donor pay the guy’s family off seems crazy once you clinched the nomination. Get some rich donor to pay the family off ffs. He’s a significant favorite to win at this point, so don’t fuck it up over relatively small money. That’s a really bad look to have him involved in campaign and have that hanging over him. He just made 3.5 million for an hour long fundraiser. I’m sure some billionaire donor would have cut the family a check if nudged.

I can remember nearly every major presidential candidate having some embarrassing family member or other that the press dug up. None of them was relevant to the presidential campaign.
Now you see how people get out of court judgments. Florida is notorious for this and allows you to protect a lot of assets compared to other states. That's probably part of the reason Trump "moved" there.
