There used to be a high school in the 50s or 60s where all the students were in this boot camp gym and they all were all ripped. Regardless of background, they are were all lean and muscular. Have to agree with her here. I ate like shit during college and I paid for it by gaining like 30-40 lbs. Had I worked out and ate healthy and not pass out on someones front lawn at 2 am in the morning while it was 42 deg out, Id still be 205lb.
