Many Democrats have this fantasy that, if only Democrats could have overseen this COVID-19 mess, from the President on down, we'd be looking at a much different and safer America. This comes from their usual arrogant perspective that they are the party of science and intellectual thought, whereas conservatives are rubes, bigots, and religious morons.

Maybe if enough Democrats open their eyes and take a hard look at the actions of many of their own, they will realize that they wouldn't have done any better if they were in control.

The goal we all have, of course, is to have a functioning adult at the helm who is not making decisions that will affect the entire country based on self-interest and personal stupidity.
