The Penn St offense has no chance of scoring agains the Ohio St. first team D. But Ohio St. is really hodoring around on offense. Both sides look bad. I see Ohio St. eventually getting up 17-0 or something and then giving up a TD at the end of garbage time in 4th. and winning by 10.
