Just interesting.
A LOT of big plays on 3rd and very long. Give credit where it is due, the QB and mostly the one freshman WR made plays when they had to, but a lot of positive variance too.
The defense stone walling Ala in the red zone over and over is impressive though. This could easily be a one score game without the big defensive stops.
Lawrence is making NFL throws, ross is making NFL catches...said it earlier, ive never ever seen a true freshman QB look like this...and it's not even close...think daly woulda agree on that one...that TD throw to Higgins was a thing of beauty...
I don't know if ross is a true or RS frosh...but that's some scary shit that the country has to deal with those two for another 2 years...
dabo is gonna look like a fucking genius, cutting Bryant for this kid...I cant imagine they win this game without Lawrence...and he knew that...but to trust a true frosh QB like that is fucking remarkable...

Seems like the Clemson coach is trusting his offense and implemented a saints style blitz defense trusting that his offense can dig them out of a hole. This style of defense is kryptonite to inexperienced mobile quarterbacks...

Easy win. Dallas’s offense really sucks when Smith plays. They need to cut their losses and dump that guy ASAP and build tram around Doncic as the primary ball handler.
I had Dallas O31 season wins and had pencilled that one in as a W a few weeks ago, but now not so sure.
Amazing game by Clemson on both ends they had Alabama Dazed and Confused.
Alabama left so many points on the field in the red zone it's crazy. A lot of this was solid Clemson defense but poor execution was definitely there by Bama too.
That will be the discussion for days.
