Good for China if he actually got the 5K or whatever actually booked, and I understand it isn't a lot of money, but damn, that's easy money for someone that doesn't have a "real" job. Ratcheting up from 60 mins of cardio to 90 mins of cardio a day just shows you how easy the whole thing was for china, that is NOT a lot of cardio for anyone who has been working out, supposedly, for months and months, like he says. And the meal prep. Okay, not hard. Go to whole foods or any grocery store. Hit up the pre cooked section and buy 10 pounds of cooked salmon and green beans. Boom. Not even expensive or difficult.
The Ted Forrest bet was a lot different though. He got some great odds (possibly insane odds) to do that bet if I remember correctly. More difficulty for any bet = a better price. I would have entertained losing more weight for better odds.

As far as the money goes , the closer we get to the end, the more not losing the money that is out there means something because every day from here on in for me is worth like $300 and every day that # increases. The final month will increase to like 3k+ per week or something. But throughout the bet I was never pumped up for winning the money as evidenced by the pretty much 4 month gap where I did not do much but maintain my weight.

Going from 60 minutes to 90 minutes cardio is still a 50 % increase but you are correct that it will be easier because I have been non stop training since July. But it still has to get done every day.

Not having a "real job" I still don't understand where you are coming from with this. Even while not being employed by someone else I still work more than anyone I know. So in theory I probably have less time to train than your average 9 to 5 guy.

Also when it comes to meal prepping that is not really difficult for me at all but not for the reasons you say. I do not buy any pre-cooked stuff. I buy all of my food from the market, I mass cook my own fish and chicken and beef and cook enough vegetables and potatoes for 2 -3 days. Every meal I eat is weighed and all carbs , fats, proteins and calories are tracked so I hit a specific # daily.

While my food bills have gone up I have probably saved a ton of money by not eating out.
I already said good for you. I am happy that you are losing the weight. I have dropped 40+ pounds in 2 months a few time for various reasons, but I wouldn't even think about throwing a loss prop bet out there because it is SUCH easy money because weight is easy to lose when you are at a huge starting weight and don't ever have to lose past ketosis. As soon as you locked in over 5K of prop bets, this bet was only going to be won by you, no matter what. Literally I can't imagine a scenario that you cold lose if the money meant anything to you(it clearly does).

I must say I'm impressed that China is still managing to lose weight. After Cmoney died of cancer, I thought the loss of his great friend would make him turn back to food for comfort. He did not! He should be an inspiration to all of us!

    312.8 yesterday
    313 even today

That is good for me, next step is going under 310, hopefully will be tomorrow

Todays docket - 45-60 minutes of weights, 90 minutes cardio and will try and get in some swimming and a nice steam

Just a fair warning: When you start weighing less than me, I might have to start posting pics of fully-loaded cheeseburgers and/or Philly cheesesteaks to distract you from your weight loss routine. Hell, I might even pull out a pic of a Garbage Plate from Nick Tahou’s. But I don’t wanna shoot my wad in case I need to save it for when I’m really desparate.

P.S. If you don’t get that last reference, ask khalwat to explain.

    I lost China’s GPS signal.

He may have been blown up last night or worse yet been forced to evacuate from his online gaming setup.

8,000 people evacuated or something like that.

Everyone has a weight loss thread. I’ll pick this one

One of my kids was telling me she was using Huel. It’s a vegan meal replacement product.

She’s not using it for weight loss. However, it would satisfy & eliminate bad choices if you have no time.

She falls in the of “eat to live” vs “live to eat” camp but is committed to the vegan thing & being good to the earth.

We were parrying back and forth and she dropped the term Soylent to describe it. I responded with Soylent Green cause I’m the old guy.

She quickly said, “Soylent Green wasn’t vegan.” LMAO & WP

I’m prolly gonna buy some. I can hook you guys up with a $10 coupon (Druff) via PM.

Will update this weekend. Just finished 90 minutes cardio and weights

That dude above who lost wha 150 pds, crazy except he now looks 15 years+ older.

You see when you are beautiful and lose weight you look more beautiful but when you are ugly and lose weight you look even worse. That dude looked better at 327 pds. Now he looks 45-50. Needs to gain 100 pds asap.

If you plan on going alll the way down to a healthy weight, do yourself a favor and start rubbing every Shea’s cocoa butter product that pregnant women use and anything with collagen all over your body. You’re at that age where if you keep going the skin is incredibly unlikely to snap back. Tbh, if you took it all the way down to 220 or something, it probably never would have coming from that starting number. You’ll put in two years work and have an extra skin suit hanging off your midsection and thighs and need to drop $60k on surgery. I’ve seen a lot of massive middle aged transformations where people worked so hard and hated the end result from an aesthetic point of view. Clearly the health ramifications are still profound. I don’t know if you’re single or married or whatever.

    Updates Statistics

    Current weight is 311

Over the past 2 weeks I am averaging 6.95 miles walked per day

Since I started my new training program on July 6th I have lost 31 pounds

I have lost an average of 0.424 pounds per day

I need to weigh in around 50 days from now

Provided I keep current pace of new training program I will weigh 290 on weigh in day and that would be without sucking any weight and that would win 1/2 my bets

Ultimate Plan is roughly 42 days or so from now my projected weight would be 294 which would leave me around 8 days to get to 280 to sweep my larger bet

But I have a feeling with the amount of cardio I am putting in right now the scale will drop faster so we will see

Ultimate Goal is still to go over 100 pounds
