I wasn't buying for a second that he really cared about your viewbotting.
That was clearly an excuse.
They definitely felt a sense of entitlement to use your work just because they once hosted your videos on their channel, and they felt butthurt when you refused to let them do it.
Admittedly you should have asked them to take them down first before filing DMCA notices with YouTube, but you had every right to ask them to stop exploiting your Wonka mix for publicity once you left them.
I think Marco and Zekda were operating under the false belief that they blew you up huge, and therefore were entitled to use all of your work for free.
I listened to the show. I had a different assessment. I thought everyone came off looking bad. This was probably inevitable since the dispute and the admitted mistakes seem to be motivated purely by greed - which is almost never a positive motivation. Perhaps SS is more likeable than Marco or Zak, but that isn't the issue. What they all did together as the team called Quad Jacks, in the days and weeks post BF was special and memorable. Each had a part in it. The team was and is still known as Quad Jacks. Of course time has passed and some of the names and faces have changed, but Quad Jacks remains.
I look forward to Thomas doing new and memorable work on his own as SS or in collaboration with others. I am subscribed to his list. I think this dispute tarnishes everyone involved and they would all be well advised to take this private where it belongs and get back to producing which is what makes them all entertaining for us.

I think it's the reverse. As much as their marathon show pushed them into the public poker eye, SrslySirius' videos and songs kept them relevant long past their shelf-life. Without those songs they are nothing more than any other poker podcast. QuadJacks is synonomous with tthose parody songs, and we all know those parody songs were made (for the most part) by SrslySirius.

I will agree with this, I really liked SS after the interview and also felt a little bad for Marco at the same time I feel he had some good points and this matter should have been delt with in private, like some other matters as of late. Many here will disagree with this but money won't make you happy true friends will and when you surround your self with good people good things will happen for you.
IMO try to distance your self frome the poker and gambling industry the general population could care less about us and our problems, most of the people here think our issues are bigger in the world of important news events than they are.

SS, your brand has hardly been damaged by this. People like your songs and could care less about QJ drama. That's the truth.
Take your songs, put a new video on them and get them back on your channel. Talk to Marco about it to get reassurance that they won't fuck with you. That's how you get your clean break and move forward.
Haha. It's more true than you know. When we met Matt Sklansky he said to me "Oh, you're the QuadJacks guy, right?" and I never heard the end of it. As if I was a complete unknown before QJ.
I'm glad I was able to get the truth out there, and now that I have, I consider the matter closed. The videos have been removed, I've said what needed to be said, so I'm ready to move on. I don't know how much I'm going to focus on music from here on out. I've got another business that is doing well for me, but I still enjoy making videos. I suppose it will depend on my tolerance for the snottiness I'll most likely get for the botting stuff. If there's too much crap to deal with, no worries, I have a day job to fall back on.
Is Pete Lubrano still involved with QJ's?

Like he'd have cared about view botting if QJ profited,
imo its srslysirius's fault, as he was happy to work for nothing, was naive, is a pussy, not to mention passive aggressive
