Cormier can absolutely win it, I just think he takes too much damage in rd 1 to be a favorite here. I'll have to rewatch the Rumble fight because you make a good point.

Watch the first rumble fight with DC, he landed big early. I think Rumble lost on purpose in their second fight. I almost never believe guys throw fights and argue when others suggest it but their second fight was fucked up. Rumble didn't throw a single shot with power and was only wrestling. Maybe he put a significant bet on himself?

Stipe is also a small HW but he's way fucking better than any HW Cormier has fought before. It's the best fight the UFC has booked in a long fucking time in the HW division. I'm stoked that Jacare is relevant again but Jacare by TKO in under 1.5 rounds is exactly the one scenario where I go broke.

God damn Brunson is sloppy. That guy has amazing physical attributes but can't help but throw long lunging movie style punches and get countered. Jacare threw about 6 body kicks to set up that head kick, nice performance but I still think he gets lit up by the best in the division.
Gregor Gillespie is a guy to watch. He has top notch wrestling, good hands, not afraid to fight and a good chin. I'm a fan.

Chael Sonnen was also speaking recently about McGregor and he believes McGregor has now become the character he was playing and it's off putting. McGregor was a lot of fun but he's painful on social media. I'm hoping he comes back and gets massacred by either Khabib or Ferguson.
