She's actually a sweetheart and yes, there is a chance. I've known her for years, we know a lot of the same people, like a lot of the same things, get along great, laugh a lot... She's solid. I actually know her father too. He's a great guy, very well educated (holds 2 PHD's) and he and I get along great as well. It's a decent start.

Aren't you around 50? If you are, when the kid hits the teen age years, you will have to deal with this shit when you are in your mid to late 60's.
