There are lots of highway signs in those parts that simply say "All Bears are dangerous" and still people do dumb things.
Wildest Police Chase Videos.....seems like 50% of them are car chases from LA. Do these getaway artists not realize helicopters track there every move and escape is almost impossible? The only smart runaway I have ever seen took his chase to a mall underground parking lot away from the eye in the sky. They still got him but at least he realized what he was up against.
