Oh and the coroners office is on lock down................nothing to see here.

Is the shooters body in that office? If so it is easy enough to understand the lock down, if not it is weird but....what are they hiding, everyone is actually alive.

I don't know, but "lockdown" doesn't just mean guarded, coroners offices are already secure, most of them being next or near a police station. Lockdown is when they restrict everyone, even employees from access, so something is up.
