But Maia didn't backup and pushed the pace. If Wood wanted to light him up he would have. Rory MacDonald stayed in his face and so did many other fighters. Woodley has a habit of putting on awful fights, it wasn't just this one.

Honestly it's kinda a bad matchup. Alvey, I think is mainly a counterstriker, and Evans seems to have given up on his striking and didn't want to engage except to hold him on the fence for takedown attempts. Sad that the guy who ended Chuck's title run had fallen so far.
