ALRIGHT....

i'm finally back to my room.

for some reason, my phone wouldn't let me upload pics. So i'll do that now.

but before I do!

Day 1 report:

Arrived in vegas. it's hot as fuck.

In and Out with Michael, Michael is legit dude. def positive person.

After trolling around and finding a liqour store i grabbed an ice cold Colt 45 and pack of smokes. It cost me $7.

$7= almost a tyde buy in.

also that's about half of wht a pack of cigarettes cost in Chicago. Damn. ONly in vegas am i rite?

Anyways....Drexel arrived around 9, just in time to register me for the event tomorrow, and in time to take Michael to the airport where Micahel was asked if he wanted to be a volunteer to be an alternate for $500. he snap took it, and we hoped they'd bump him, give him $500.

That didn't happen.

Upon leaving the airport, Drexel asked me if i wanted to see the town. BUT OF COURSE.

So, we drove through Naked City, where Drexel was impressed with my knowledge that I even knew the name of the dirtiest part of town.

of course I do, I know all about Stuey Ungar and that's where he'd sneak out and buy crack.

we also drove past all the casinos at night. super cool sight to see.

We called Traderrooski, who came and ate dinner with us at this tiny thai resturant right by the Strat. it was dope.

while waiting for trader, we decided to go to the stratosphere because I had never seen it, but I knew all about it, and it's former owner Bob Stupak.

Me and him are walking around the Strat, and I mention that I have no idea how to play craps, have never shot the dice.

Brandon pulls out $100 and starts pressin numbers. all he says to me is "don't roll a 7."

I rolled 5 points before i hit craps. -$60

Now we're walking out and he says "lets try this...."

we go to a black jack table, and he puts the rest of the money down, gets an 11, than a 19, with the dealer showing a face card. I start saying "there's no way she's pullin a face card here, she's busting"

she busted.

We leave +$40.

Brandon later admitted to me that he hadn't even shot craps in 8 years. But he wanted me to try it so he did it.


Traderrooski is a stand up guy. Was awesome to meet him.
