a couple places are reporting that the senate is already planning to ignore the house bill completely and come up a more moderate bill on their own, which they’ll theoretically try to reconcile in the end.

still reaaaaally skeptical that the republicans would actually vote to strip away coverage for people with preexisting conditions. that was the one part of obamacare that even trump said he liked and promised wouldn’t go away.

you can already picture the “trump is literally killing you” attack ads starting in 2018.

but maybe if premiums go down for most people, that's a political risk they're willing to take?
