There aren't any coal mines anywhere near LA and somehow the air quality is horrible. So i guess the sanctuary city that's allowing all those beaners to ride around in their pick up trucks and contribute to the horrible smog issues in LA isn't poisoning the air?

LA's smog has decreased by 62% over the past 40 years despite the number of vehicle miles traveled more than doubling. That's entirely due to the government regulations that Trump is scrapping.
