Every Hillary voter out there, whether your protesting, pissed off, still beside yourself wondering what the hell happened and why your candidate didnt win, should be sat down and forced to listen to this .
Here's the way I see it: When all the non-deplorable, non-racist, non-misogynist, non-homophobic, non-bigoted, everyday ordinary people get so sick of you calling them racists, misogynists, homophobes, bigots, pieces of shit, that they go out and vote against your candidate, do you:
A. Take a step back, look in the mirror, evaluate your personal conduct and strategy of convincing people to share your politics?
OR
B. Call them deplorables, racists, misogynists, homophobes, and bigots and yell, threaten, protest at them even more? I mean, i know many people on this forum who lean left are a little more intelligent and don't normally this, but there are PLENTY of left wing voters out there in America who do.
But yeah, obv according to much of what I've seen, people obv chose B... And that's EXACTLY why Hillary lost. (Well, that and the vast amounts of shady and illegal shit she has been doing, but you know what I mean )

i read a couple of skeptical views online suggesting that trump's only giving hillary/obama a false sense of security, so that obama doesn't feel that he has to pardon her, which i wouldn't completely rule out.
more likely, in my opinion, is that two messages have been conveyed to him: first, if he hopes to get any real legislation passed (for which he will need democratic support), he needs to give up the idea of prosecuting hillary. second, there's a reason that the victors never ever consider prosecuting the losers. once you go down that road, it won't be long before the next president is investigating you. probably a game he doesn't want to start playing.
