Previously, they mention peddling "influence". They distinguished influence as relationships and people as objects. Well, turns out it's true. Get ready to go down the rabbithole. First thing is first, these guys are not going to talk about their activities in plain terms. They are using code words. Simple Google search will tell you that these code words are indeed common slang. Here's a link on 4chan confirming, but these seem like common industry language:
