I have this fantasy that every time Hillary has been in private for the last 8 months, on a plane or hotel, the only exercise she's done is boy-style pushups. Then after Trump mentions her ill health during a debate, she responds by challenging him to a pushup contest in the middle of the stage. He couldn't possibly say no, and the sight of his doughy body unable to do one pushup would stab right in the heart of his core supporters.
