Have you ever tried a bitcoin ATM? Just scan your QR code for your bitcoin wallet and feed the machine with 100's. Some of them charge as much as 15% markup but if you can find one around 5%, I think it is worth it. Especially if you can get some type of deposit bonus.

It is an expensive model. The physical ATM has a cost. The fees and process are dumb. I looked but never touched. There was a lot of fail.
