fps, as a former bernie supporter, i'm surprised you never discuss the citizens united decision, which basically permits billionaires to donate unlimited funds to super pacs. citizens united was a 5/4 decision that broke along party lines, obv republicans voting for it.
reversing citizens united (and trying to end the money in politics) was the primary focus of bernie sanders' campaign. his theory being that once you separate money from politics, you might actually be able to make real change.
both hillary and trump have criticized it, although hillary has said the decision must be overturned. not sure if trump ever said that. most republicans love the decision.
if you want real change, don't you agree you have to change the whole system like bernie was saying? i hate hillary and trump, but it seems far more likely that democrat justices would reverse citizens united than republican ones. unless you think trump would appoint justices who would overturn citizens united, which I don't (since he says he wants a scalia clone), isn't that one issue (by itself) a good enough reason for you to choose hillary over trump?
