Italy have De Rossi out vs Germany, but Germany are 0/8 against Italy in world cup and euro competition.

I am convinced the tournament winner will come out of that tie.

Elsewhere, I think Iceland are worth a bet at 5/1 Draw No Bet. France could swallow them up if they turn it on but they have been less than impressive so far and their defence is shocking. I mean, Ireland very nearly beat them...

I still don't think Belgium will win the thing, but if they continue like they did in the last game they just might, very impressive.

The issue with Belgium is what Belgium do you get. And what Hazard; they made him captain b/c the manager was trying for ways to get his head in the game. I think they, individually, are the most talented team in the field....but they will have a game here or there where they spazz out. They did so vs Wales in the qualifying, which will give Wales confidence in this game. I can see the game going to ET 1-1 and Belgium nipping a goal in the dying embers as they have better depth. Wales has made me a ton of money this tourney with their guile...and Bale....but I just don't see how they win (unless they somehow get it to penalties).

Germany/Italy is the de-facto final for me as well; I have Germany at +450 to win the thing before the tournament, and at +1400 for it to be a Belgium v Germany final. Italy will give them a fight, but where will they get the goals - 1 will not do it against Germany, even with the fact they have the best defense in the tournament. Pelle will have to have a big game, but he is inconsistent at times but if he comes up huge, I can definitely see Italy winning.

France is the "run good" team of the tournament as they have had tons of rest before their games and they are relatively healthy. That being said, I agree that they easily could of lost that Irish game and Dechamps' lineups can be quite the head scratchers. I can see Iceland taking it 0-0 after 90; they play the game prudently (only 35% possession) but directly and for a team with not many professional footballers, they do have a ton of natural athletes. And impressive beards.

Unbelivable result for Wales and unreal penalty shootout in the Germany game. Pressure is for tires and cookers, as we say in Ireland.

Glad to see both teams I knew were overrated as fuck, England and Belgium, are out.

Have Wales v Germany final @ 40/1 and Germany to win and Bale to be top scorer at 33/1.
