He's saying that the players marked with a buddy symbol are all new players. And that since there are more buddies as winning players than there are losing players, that the site gives new players an edge.

There's a couple of problems with that though. The sample sizes (of both the number of players and hands played) are way way too small to mean anything at all. And the players usernames aren't included in the charts, so their join dates can't be independently verified.
