Always thought it was funny that people make such a big deal about flinching to a sudden movement. It's a reflex. Do they expect you to stand stone cold still and possibly take an unhindered shot to the face? Even more so with pro fighters who are taught to get out of the way or to roll with the punch.
I, by the way, have horrible reflexes and I can't count the number of times that I took a punch in the face at the start of a fight when I worked bar security in college. Through what I can only assume is pure luck, I never have been knocked unconscious. Did get hit in the face with a beer bottle once and literally saw lights flashing in front of my eyes.
Please tell me when that was. Cause if you liked Rogan 5 years ago you like him now too.
