The reason that people are behind Trump is because we have been told for the last 20 years that you cannot make it in America any longer, that you need big government in your life just in order to get by. That the people that have made it did so by being shady and crooked and had it handed to them in some way. And that is being fed to us by the politicians that need us to need them. It's how they get elected. Big businessmen vote left because it's in their best interest to do so because their fortunes are tied to government contracts that keep them rich, worse yet, because the handouts to the poor keep them in check so that the greedy ones can just continue plowing them out of the way and occasionally using them for slave labor. Trump represents the rich guy that wants to make you rich too. He's selling the dream that it's still possible to become like him and he will show you the way. He doesn't TELL you how to think, he echos what people are already thinking and says 'follow me, i'll show you the way'. That is code for 'Make America Great Again'. All that wrapped up in great passion and a powerful 'why' are all that this is, and literally everybody is missing it.

The problem is when you really look at Trump's positions, he is literally peddling what the Democrats have been selling for the last 40 years with a bunch of bluster and screaming.
He literally thinks that people need government to get by. That's what he has been saying it's just that the cult doesn't realize he is saying "Fuck the System! It's all messed up so my solution to is to do the exact same thing but bigger and with more government involvement!"
