your pasta menu is way too ambitious.

meat balls with pasta - sure, because you're selling a meatball parm and they overlap

same thing with chicken alfredo - you can sell a chicken alfredo pizza

i wouldn't sell anything that isn't meat sauce or alfredo, or a derivative

you're a one man shop, don't get into the weeds
