It looks like he wasnt expecting someone to walk by, so when she bumped into him, he was startled and didnt realize he was in someone's way. He had his left arm bent out and it was blocking people from getting through. His expression was more of an "Ooops....sorry. I didnt realize someone was walking by", and then he looked up to see who it was, and then gave a look like "my fault".
