What's the end game here? I can't believe owning a pizza joint in the ghetto is your dream business. Grow the business through better management and a higher quality product then sell and buy a business more in your wheel house or haven't you gotten that far? I'm sure you've thought about it though.

I'm not going to say what I do however when I started I didn't enjoy it much and figured I just wanted to get ahead a little then sell and buy a car wash, self-storage, laundromat or dry cleaners. Actually looked into getting a gas station in the beginning. Recently looked into buying a Fed Ex route or even a bread route. Yet after ten years here I am still doing the same shit. Decided to keep doing what I know.

HOWEVER, for those out there reading this who have a little money and hate what they do definitely look into FedEx or other routes. Pretty decent money in it. Getting time off is the main drawback however you can pay someone to fill in.
