every time we ask, the people with the bigger debts defer on payments, as they always considered it lost money anyway. Paying everyone at least 100 (or 50 if thats what they were in for) gets rid of most of the debts right off the bat, and you still have about $1K to split between simp and drexel, the two in for the most, so they end up with 600 each, or whatever it works out to.

Going on the idea that more money is coming in, I'd say just fire out what we have in this manner, and if anyone feels left out, they can be taken care of in the next payout.
