Safe to assume he is dealing with the shakes and the sweats right now. The reason is he is not posting right now is because his hands are shaking so much its impossible to type.

The inevitable paranoia will set in soon, and he will retreat to bed for another 10 hour session of sleep before he snaps out of it. Look to hear from him sometime in the middle of the night.
