This team is the object of ridicule now.

I am convinced Sandoval was signed as much for marketing reasons as anything else. Red Sox do this sort of thing. Kung Fu Panda. You never see that character at the park or hear Sandoval referred to that way. So from a marketing standpoint it was another complete fail.

Used to be a switch hitter but they have completely given up on this fat load hitting right handed.

Every throw from third to first holds the promise of collecting a game ball if you are a fan in the 12th row.

He is Instagramming from the bench and generally just collecting a paycheck.

To be fair he is not even the worst big dollar signing either. Boston is gonna suck for years.

I didn't think it would be this bad and I think they can pitch better but LOL there is no fucking stud. If your going to be the third highest payroll u should at least pay for some fucking pitching

I knew they were in trouble when one of the Boston talking heads said, "Rick Porcello was probably the Tiger's number one starter in the second half last year". I thought my memory was off because I thought he really struggled. I punch up the stats and saw that he was hot garbage. I knew then that the Sox media was going full propaganda on the 2015. It's funny that they've now swung all the way to dump this team and rebuild again.

2013 was a lucky year. They were the best team and deserved the win, but they were lucky to be able to dump that 2012 team and get the right mix back right away. Worst to first is rare and they shouldn't think they could do it again and have it turn out like 2013.

Teams make the playoffs with 86-88 wins now, so no team is done. All you need is the will and the prospects to trade. The Tigers got some prospects this deadline. God Bless the Royals, but their time will be short because they have an owner that puts profits ahead of winning, so they will begin to dismantle.

Dombrowski started with nothing in Detroit, literally nothing. He was successful to a point, but I agree, he ultimately came up short. Which is why he is gone.

I lol reading Druffs concern about holding prospects instead of completing the team. How long do you think Kershaw & Greinke will pitch like this together. I admit the team isnt close enough to going deep as constructed. Too many issues.
