At a minimum, Tyde needs to be suspended. If this were the first time he bent the rules, than a warning would be ok, but its not the first time he broke the rules. I am thinking a week suspension would send a message to Tyde and these other internet bullies that the silent majority is not going to sit idly by and take it.
