Nope..just have to have it off IN the courtroom. Can have it on and recording in the lobby or anywhere else that the judge isn't pretty much.
If that's the case, have someone go find out which courtroom (hearing is at 8:30am Thursday 06/25/2015), take pictures coming in and out, get an app for smartphone to record audio, use app to record audio even if your smartphone looks like it's off (records in what looks like sleep mode).
