I really am not an anti Micon guy. I find the story fascinating in terms of trying to get a read on Micon's motivation.

Micon is scrappy and anti establishment. Two traits I admire. But Micon was before my time. I personally identify less with him than most. He is an interesting personality from what I gather. He is worthy of following cause he is different. I do not believe in karma either. So I am not ever going to feel he will get what he deserves for some slight he has performed. Good guys lose. Bad guys win, sometimes. Life ain't fair, right? I am way to cynical to ever use the term justice.

Everyone here says plea & probation. Let's suppose Micon intends to fight, maybe harness Chesnoff to win a case against a weak Nevada lawyer who graduated from a state school. I'll cheer that all day.

I think there is far less here than more, Micon was not arrested or charged with anything the day of the raid, nor was his passport confiscated. I'm in agreement with those that say his high powered lawyer has cut a sweet deal for Micon. also agree with Todd, no chance the State pulls one over on Micons attorney, These type of attorneys know all the State players not only professionally but personally....I'm also guessing the "evidence" that was removed from Micon's house after examination showed Micon while involved in a criminal activity wasn't exactly the king pin making all the money.....I'll go out on a limb here and say Micon plays the Main Event this year...DDW

describing micon as anything less than a principle of the defunct criminal enterprise and the kingpin of the current one seems like a stretch... thursday is going to be incredible in any case.

alot has happened over the last 10 years.now thiers new kids new women and older lives.thiers been one wsop braclet winner.as far as trouble druff cant even spell the word. hes very well respected. then thiers micon druff partner that just seems to still run into it..you cant have a poker room thats not lienced by the state..micon i see no point of you going to jail or a big fine. i want people to learn what could happen if they break the lawput you on a bail that would keep you in jail until trail time which i would need 3 to 4 years to be ready.its a word that some need its called example out of.
